Our aim is to 'practice what we preach' or 'walk the talk' with regard to mediation.

Our mediating practices are not only adopted when we are out working with neighbours or other people in dispute. They are also practiced within our organisation. If we believe that mediation is a way of promoting constructive resolution of conflict and effective communication - why only use it with people in dispute?

Why not also use it within our organisation?
