Making a Referral

Self referral:

If you wish to refer yourself for mediation, please call our Case Line number 01895 446611. Our service is available for free for almost all residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon who are involved in a dispute with their neighbour.

Agency referral:

If you are from an agency wanting to refer someone involved in a neighbour dispute for mediation, we have a referral form and referral procedure.

Please call our Case Line on 01895 446611 to discuss making a referral with one of our Case Managers.

Referral of other types of dispute:

For disputes which are not neighbour disputes, for example workplace disputes, Education related disputes, complaints disputes, planning and / or construction related disputes etc. there will be a charge.

Please call either our Case Line 01895 446611, or our Director on 01895 447700 to discuss referral of the dispute and charges.
