Disagreements about the contents of a Will
Redundancy consultations: Prior to redundancy being confirmed, an organisation is required to consult with those who are potentially going to be made redundant. These consultations can in some circumstances be stressful and difficult. Mediation can help in these types of situation.
Grandparent access to children: In some families, divorce and other situations can lead to grandparents losing access to their grandchildren. This in turn leads to a lot of distress for those involved. Mediation can be used to help in such situations.
